- 1987 – 2013: Established and Directed the World Renowned Princeton Academy of Martial Arts (www.pamausa.com). Head Instructor developed and instructs unique, cutting edge curriculum. Produced several thousand successful adult students.
- 1992: Worked with Dr. Fishman, a psychiatrist, as part of part of treatment program for eating disorder patients

1975 Studied Wing Chun in NYC with Sifu Duncan Leung, student of Yip Man
1976 to 1984 Intense self-training and developed skills from time spent with Taky Kimura and Duncan Leung
1985 Completed course for Executive Protection at Executive Security International in Aspen, Colorado. Graduated first in class
1986 Worked one year as private bodyguard for high-profile family

1988 – Started studying with Sifu Dan Inosanto in seminars, classes and privately

1993 – Associate Instructor under Sifu Inosanto in Jun Fan and Kali

1989 – Began training with Ajarn Chai Sirisute in privates, seminars and workshops. Acted as assistant and demo partner for all seminars attended from 1989 to present.

1995 – Passed Associate Level test in Thai Boxing under Ajarn Chai Sirisute

Lameco Eskrima – Punong Guro Edgar Sulite
1989 – Began training with Punong Guro Edgar Sulite in Lameco Eskrima, Acted as demo partner in instructional videotape. Continued to host seminars and train with him privately until his death.
1992 – Made Instructor in Lameco Eskrima
Mande Muda Pencak Silat – Pak Herman Suwanda
1993 – Began training with Pak Herman Suwanda in Mande Muda Pecak Silat until his death in 2000.
1996 – Made Instructor in Mande Muda Pencak Silat
Doce Pares Escrima – Master Dioni Canete
1987 – Began training with Dioni Canete privately, with over 100 hours. Certified as black belt in Doce Pares.
Machado Jio-Jitsu
1994 – Began training in Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Marcos Santos, as well as Jean Jacques Machado.
1998 – Awarded Blue Belt.
Boxe Francais Savate
1988 – Began training with Professor Salem Assli in Boxe Francaise Savate. Hosted seminars and workshops and trained privately with him.
1994 – Awarded Yellow Glove rank

1999 – Trained Capoeira under Professor Caxias, Grupo Capoeira Brasil, awarded Yellow Cord rank
JKD Grappling
1988 – Trained under Larry Hartsell, student of Bruce Lee, privately and sponsored seminars.
1990 – Certified by him to instruct in 1990.
